A very good solution for your 2016 SR is Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico. It is a good chart for health, optimism and work.
However, if your goal is Love, you should go to either Georgetown, Guyana or Bridgetown, Barbados. This one is also good for heath, but it is detrimental to money. A lot of expenditure. Ponta Delgada, Azores is a very good choice, but if your birth hour is not accurate, it can become very dangerous. If you were born only 5 minute before 7:00 am, then Mars will be also in the 12th house of the SR, which is a very dangerous position.

Formy birthday this year I should like to put my AscSR in V house (I hope a year pleasant, funny and thoughtless - I need it!), I look for and I find like possible zaragoza or valencia, but it is very close to VI, if the hour is not precise 100%...
Normally,in the other years, when I choose this ascSr I have also the sun or stellium in V of SR, but in this case is not ok because there is also saturn (I prefer saturn stay in the IV house, not near the cusp of V!)

You can go to Upington, South Africa, where the ASR is in the 5 house, Saturn in the 4th, Sun-Mercury in the 3rd and Jupiter on the cusp 1-2. The city George, South Africa is also a good option if you are born a few minutes earlier than 14:45.

I have choice St.john's New foundland Canada, Jupiter is in tha X house but no strictly to M.C. if i a moved to east on the sea i could have Jupiter strictly to M.C.
I no have good software for determine the exact coordinates on the sea, east the coast of St.John's.
Can you determine it for me please?

Having experienced work difficulties in the last 5 years (no money, being an intern for years) 2 years ago I started to follow Ciro's advices and to use the active astrology in order to change my SR.
