I do not recommend to you to spend your birthday in Rome, because you would have 4 planets spread over 1st-12th houses, together with the ASR in 8th house. This heralds serious financial troubles, together with a possible depression. 

In Europe, the only location where it would be good to go is Vila do Porto, Azores (Portugal). It is a small island at south of São Miguel Island. You can reach this location by ferry from São Miguel. As an alternative, if it is difficult for you to go to Vila do Porto, you can stay on the main island São Miguel and go to the Eastern most part. There is a small town called Nordeste. I advise you to go to the Eastern part, so that Mars would stay away from the 12th house cuspid. 

However, this SR chart in Vila do Porto, is not good for love, but it can help you in your profession and improve your health. For your permanent relocation, maybe you could consider to live in Bangkok, Thailand, where natal Jupiter is elevated.

Dear Georgiana,
I'm Stefania, thank you for your work on this blog! I was born in Bologna (Italy) the 6th of December 1965 at 04h45. I've followed precious Ciro advices for years, for me and my family. Now, I'd like to know where I should go for my coming SR, (with a bad stellium between 12th and 1st houses and Sun in my 1st). It needs to reduce next heavy transits effects (as Saturn on my Sun coming from my Ascendant, Uran's going to my 6th house, or both Saturn than Mars on my Mercure, and so on). Please note that, in order to protect my sons, I'm not open to put Saturn in my 5th house, but you could put it in 4th, 'cause my parents already gone and we'd like to sell our house (to buy a bigger one downtown, starting a bed & breakfast, trying to help family finances). 
My husband will be under strong transits too, he was born in Bologna (Italy) the 14th of December 1972 at 23h55. He works hard, but he needs to upgrade his career. 
Maybe South Africa will be best place to spend both birthdays? Or what else?

Dear Stefania,

That's right! For you, South Africa would be best. I recommend Durban, South Africa. However, if you suspect that you might be born a few minutes later than your declared hour, you can go to Johannesburg or Pretoria, in order to keep Saturn away from the 11th house cuspid. But if your hour is correct, Durban is perfect with Venus on the MC.

For your husband, I recommend Rochester, NY (USA) which is good for career advancement.

You can see below the SR chart for Milano. I personally do not advise you to stay in Milano, because you would then have ASR in the 6th natal house and Mars in the 12th house of the SR. These positions are not good, as they forecast a difficult year.

I believe I previously advised to you either Georgetown (Guyana) or Mexico (Mexic).

A different location where you can have a similar chart to the Arorae one, is Levuka Island, Fiji. This place is more accessible than Arorae. I recommend to you, in fact, to go a little bit more to the East. There are many reachable islands at East of Fiji. I believe you can get there by boat. The target should be the longitude 179:50E, because this way, we make sure that the Sun is not in the 6th house.

I'm Alberto from Torino, Italy, in october I will do my third RSM. I saw with Ciro that Mato Grosso would be good for me and i bought a ticket for Cuiabà. I see that mars (using astro.com) is close to my 8th house, and maybe Barra Dos Bugres (a little city in the forest at 165 km from Cuiabà) wold be better. I do not know if you have Barra Dos Bugres on your software by the way...

I was born in Turin, 05 october 1970 18.30. I suspect I was born at least 5 minutes earlier according to a protocol of mars that I did in april, when in my lunar return mars was close to the third house (and I have saturn in the third house in the current RSM) and the car broke suddenly...if I put my birth at 18,25 than that mars was in the third house! I saw that for 18,25 my RSM in Cuiabà it's ok but for 18,30 mars is in cusp with the 8th house (where there is venus too).

Anyway, please, can you calculate my RSM with 18,30 birth time Turin 05 october 1970 for being in Cuiabà? (I saw there are little differences for that place between astro.com and astrologiainlinea.it)

Secon question: in any case wold you recommend to use this position of mars (in case it is in cusp with the 8th house) to test my birth time this year, considering that venus is there too?

I am sorry for my late post. I checked all charts. Barra Dos Bugres (Mato Grosso) is very good. I would personally go there. I don't advise you to do the birth time correction testing it on the Solar Return. You can continue to do this with the Lunar Returns. However, as you said, Cuiaba would be good, too, if you were born 5 min earlier. You can see below the Cuiaba chart for the birth hour 18:30.

Dear Georgiana, thank you very much for the work you do on this blog, my english is bad, sorry. For my next birthday I found Georgetown in Guyana. My birthday I spent in the 2015 Lelea in sweden . If I stay in Rome in 2016 would have the worst possible position of the sun Mars and Saturn not to mention that even the lunar revolution of April 29, 2016 would be terrible .what do you think about it? you have to suggest a better goal ?
